What is Kingdom Contact?
Kingdom Contact is a FREE website which promotes Christian Businesses. This happens in two ways:

B2C: Christian Business directory which is available to the wider Christian community and beyond.
B2B: Christian Business Networking tool encouraging Business to Business referals.

How do I use Kingdom Contact?
Anyone can search for a Christian Business from the Homepage, by entering their search criteria and the location.

Businesses can add their details, by registering and filling in their details. Once registered, they can also search for specific Christians in Business, and begin to build relationships with the other Christian Businessmen and Women.

Do I have to be a Christian to use Kingdom Contact?
Everyone can use the search facility to locate Christian Businesses. With regards to registering your business on the website, we ask you to agree to a Christian statement of Faith.

Is Kingdom Contact linked to a particular denomination?
Kingdom Contact is non-denominational, and as such seeks to connect Christians across all Christian denominations.


What Businesses can I search for?
Our aim is to have every Christian business listed and so as a result all manner of businesses will be represented. You can always leave the search field blank and select an area to bring up all the businesses in your location.

Do I need to be a Christian to use the search facility?
Anyone can use the search facility, in the knowledge that the results will be Christian owned or run businesses.

What criteria do the listed Businesses have?
The listed businesses are either Christian owned or run businesses, where the business conducted is either completed by or managed by a Christian.

What if I can't find a Business Locally?
The business directory is growing daily, and if you can't the business you are looking for just yet, try back soon. We are also encourage anyone who knows of any Christian businesses to let them know about this website. The more businesses that are represented, the more effective this site will be.

How can i improve my searches?
Sometimes you'll only want results that include an exact phrase. In this case, simply put quotation marks around your keywords. The Kingdom Contact search engine also ignores common words and characters such as "the" and "and", as well as words with less than four characters (unless it is part of a phrase), because they tend to slow down your search without improving the results. You can also use an asterisk* as a wildcard character to broaden your results. For example, searching for 'account*' would return results such as 'accounts', 'accountancy', and 'accountants'. Leaving the keyword box blank will return ALL company results for a given area.

Do I need to be a Christian to list my Business / Services?
We ask any business seeking to register to be owned or managed by a Christian, where the work carried out will either be completed by or managed by a Christian and where the Christian has a vested interest in the business being undertaken.

How do I create new contacts?
Once logged in, you can search for businesses/people/services via the Contact Search on the right hand side of the screen. The search results are displayed as business cards of the relevant Christian Business contacts. Next to each business card is a link to add the contact as one of your contacts, clicking this will send a request to them, which if they accept, they will become your contact, and you will be able to view their profile, send them messages and referrals.

How do the recommendations work?
The driving force behind this site is to promote Christian Businesses and increase their business. If you know of anyone that needs a particular service/product offered by any of your contacts, you can refer that business to them.

How do I set up my business card?
When viewing your profile, click the link on the right of the screen 'Edit Business Details' and fill in the details under the section 'Business Advert Details'. Some of these details will also comprise your business card information.

Can I navigate my contacts contacts?
Yes - go to your contacts, using the 'View Contacts' link next to your business card. When your contacts are listed you can click the 'View Contacts' link next to any business card to reveal their contacts.

Can I adjust my privacy settings?

Can I add contacts that are not listed?
You can invite your Christian Businessmen / Women to the site using the invite link. Once they have registered, they will be added to your contact list.

How do I send a message to a contact?
Click on the Messages link at the top of the screen, Click on the 'Compose Message' link to the right of the screen, and then select the contact who you would like to message. You can also click the 'Send Message' link to the right of a contact's business card.

How do I know if I have received new messages?
New messages are indicated by a number next to the messages link at the top of the screen. The number in brackets corresponds to the number of new messages that you havent yet read.
